Elegant and luminous apartment on the second floor of a historical building provided with an elevator, in the heart of Siena's pedestrian zone. The building dates back to the year 1500 and is protected by the "Belle Arti". Just around the corner from the building is the famous Piazza del Campo where the "Palio" horse race is held. Siena offers all facilities, shops and restaurants and this apartment is ideal for those who want to visit the Tuscan region without a car. 

Private entrance is into a hallway, which is the nucleus of the apartment. Across the hall is a sliding door that opens into the spacious, modern kitchen that is fully equipped with gas range, electric oven, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge with freezer, and American coffee machine. To the right of the hall is a corridor that leads down two steps into the beautiful living/dining room with window overlooking the Piazza del Campo. 

To the left of the hall and up two steps is another hall with comfortable sofa and 3 doors on the left that open into: a modern bathroom that is complete with shower stall and double washbasins, a double bedroom, and a twin bedded room (it is offered as study if the apartment is rented in the version for two persons).

The apartment offers telephone, Satellite TV, DVD, a CD player and central gas heating. Gas is payable on consumption during heating season. The apartment has parquet floors, wood beamed ceilings in some of the rooms, and it is elegantly and comfortably furnished.
