IL CASALE Villa

Beautiful independent barn that the owner, who is a young architect, completed restoring in 2000. The originality of the structure was preserved while utilizing its internal open spaces to the maximum. The house is reached by 1 km of dirt track that is not suitable for low vehicles. It is in a panoramic, secluded area that offers maximum privacy and great possibilities for walks in the surrounding woods. Vagliagli is at 5 kms with all shops and facilities and Siena is at 7 kms. The barn develops on three levels with several entrances. 

Main private entrance is from the front paved court through panoramic glass doors into a sitting room. Down one step is the living room with fireplace and panoramic window. To the left of the sitting room is the study with a steel staircase that leads to the upper floor landing with doors to a double bedroom and to a complete bathroom with bathtub. From the living room, a short open staircase leads down to the spacious dining room with TV and kitchen corner that is fully equipped with gas range, electric oven, dishwasher and fridge with freezer. A door in the living room opens onto the rear furnished terrace. A flight of stairs leads down to a hall with three doors: one is to a double bedroom with door to the outside, one is to a complete bathroom with shower stall, and one remains closed. 

The barn is impeccably furnished with fitted pieces and parquet floors. Central gas heating is charged at Euro 150 per week during heating season. We regret that children under 12 years of age will not be accepted.
