LE SELVOLE - Le Selvole is a carefully restructured farmhouse that the owner has lovingly managed to restore to its original typical Tuscan architectural splendor. Radda in Chianti with all facilities, shops, restaurants and public tennis court is at 3 kms. Castellina in Chianti is at 14 kms, Siena is at 32 kms and Firenze is at 45 kms. Not far off is the natural park of Cavriglia. The apartments are impeccably furnished with abundant use of wood in typical Tuscan style. Each apartment has independent central gas heating that is charged at Euro 80 per week for the larger apartments and at Euro 50 per week for the small apartments during heating season. There is a laundry room with ironing facilities at ground floor and a baby cot is available. Ground floor apartments Pino and Corbezzolo both have large private 10 sqm raised terraces in front of their entrances that are furnished and provided with nocturnal illumination. The upper floor apartments Castagno and Sorbo also have private furnished terraces to the side and rear of the farmhouse. Olivello and Faggio are on a lower level with respect to the other apartments and have access from a beautiful furnished terrace with lots of flowers and shaded by a huge oak tree that is shared by both apartments.
