CIPRESSO Villa

Colle Petroso is an ancient hamlet at 600 meters altitude that has been completely restored and is reached by a private road. The hamlet is occupied by different owners and each house has its own private garden area. Cipresso is in a restored farmhouse divided into two apartments, one of which is occupied by the owners year-round. There is a private parking area, spacious furnished, terraced garden, and 6 X 12 meter swimming pool shared only with the owner.
 
The hamlet is located exactly halfway between the towns of Castellina in Chianti and Radda in Chianti which are at 6 kms and offer all shops, facilities, restaurants and public tennis courts. Siena is at 25 kms and Firenze is at 60 kms. There is a baby cot for guest use. The owner produce and sell wine and extra virgin olive oil. Private entrance is at the rear of the house from its furnished terrace with wonderful views. There are three entrances to the apartment. Main entrance is into a spacious living/dining room that offers stone on sight. Through an open arch on the right is the kitchen with corner fireplace. The kitchen is fully equipped with gas range, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and washing machine.

Through the living room is a hall with doors to a double bedroom, to a twin bedded room and to a complete bathroom with shower. Both bedrooms have doors to the terrace. The apartment is comfortably furnished and offers the typical Tuscan ambience with cotto floors, wood beamed ceilings and whitewashed walls. The apartment has central heating that is charged at the fixed fee of Euro 100 per week during heating season. There is a brick barbecue for guest use.
