CAPANNACCE - Beautiful complex of 5 apartments resulting from the restoration of a Villa and connected farm buildings that sits on a hilltop dominating the soft Pistoia countryside. Pistoia with all facilities is at 8 kms, the A1 autostrada is at 9 kms, Firenze is at 29 kms, Lucca is at 40 kms, and Pisa is at 70 kms. Golf clubs at Montecatini are 40 minutes away. All the major historic cities of Tuscany are at less than one hour’s drive. The property is reached by an asphalt road that winds tortuously up the hills. The last 600 meters are dirt track and lead to the entrance gate, inside which is the parking area. The property is fenced in and the owners are available to assist with itineraries and information on the region. They produce and sell IGP Tuscan olive oil. The complex itself is built into the side of the hill and the apartments result on different levels. Each apartment has a private entrance, private furnished garden space, and access to the 7 X 14 meter swimmingpool and surrounding gardens. The apartments are comfortably furnished and boast cotto floors, whitewashed walls, and in most cases, woodbeamed ceilings. They are independently heated and gas is to be paid on consumption during heating season together with firewood. Baby cots are available, there are microwaves and satellite TV in each apartment and there is a laundry room with washingmachine and ironing facilities to which guests have access after paying a small fee.
